     Rent this beautiful, open air, Bali inspired villa in Roatan, Honduras. The Tropical Garden Villa is in the gated community of the Resort at Palmetto Bay, on the north shore of the island. Snorkel or dive the second largest reef in the world, the Meso American Reef, right from the dock.

   The villa sits on 2/3 acre of property that has avocado, mango, papaya, tamarind, banana, coconut, cashew, lime, orange, tropical apple and almond trees for your use. There is also wild basil and hot pepper plants. You are surrounded on three sides by a tropical forest preserve, ensuring your privacy.

      In the backyard is your own, private, 32 foot salt water pool with 6 chaise lounges. If you prefer the beach, take the short, 1 minute walk down to the water's edge. Relax under a palapa or take a kayak out into the crystal clear water. The resort also has a community pool, restaurant serving outstanding food, a bar, dock and dive shop.

      This recently updated and refreshed villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, sliding doors that open to a covered porch, air conditioning and a flat screen TV with DVD player. It also has a private bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower. The closet has a full size washer and dryer and a safe.

     The second bedroom has a queen size bed, sliding doors that open to a screened in, covered porch, flat screen TV and air conditioning. The third bedroom is perfect for children with its bunk bed that sleeps 2 and air conditioning. There is a second bathroom next to these two bedrooms.

     The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, a full size range, new refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, a microwave, blender, coffee maker, waffle maker, 4 slice toaster and new granite countertops. The house has a whole house water filtration system so there is no need to deal with bottles of water.

     The family living area has all new furniture in both living and dining areas along with a 48 inch wall mounted TV. There is also a DVD player and a Wii gaming console. The bookcase is stocked with movies, Wii games, puzzles and books. The screened in covered porch has a gas grill for the catch of the day and seating for everyone.

There is also a second porch, off the dining room that is screened in to enjoy a bug free meal.

      The Tropical Garden Villa comes with all paper products, soaps, a local cell phone, wireless internet, all linens and towels, including beach towels, pool and beach toys and sand chairs and dedicated management on site.
